This page includes automated status updates for various systems. It will report real-time interruptions to some services as an outage for that component, when in reality it could be nothing that impacts your actual service. Any extended major outages that impact residents or associates will be posted as "Incidents" below the system status graphs.
Please note our nightly maintenance window from 12:00 AM until 6:00 AM. Any routine maintenance will be scheduled during this time, and may result in temporary interruptions or degradations to service. These will not typically be posted or announced except in special circumstances.
You can always reach out to IT at ext. 4500 if you're experiencing an issue but we have not acknowledged it on this page. If we have announces an incident or event here, please continue to use this page for further updates as responses to phone/email will be delayed while we are working to resolve the problem.
